Mona, a current gym member, shared her insights on the benefits of exercising at the gym.
"Working out at the gym offers numerous advantages, such as refreshing the mind, enhancing body metabolism, and making one feel lighter," Mona stated in an interview with RRI Medan on Thursday, December 19, 2024. She maintains a routine of exercising three times a week in the morning to stay fit and lose weight.
Meanwhile, Rangga, a student who frequently works out at the gym, expressed that the gym is not merely a place for exercise but also a social gathering spot for friends.
"The gym can be seen as a trend. If I don’t go, it feels like something is missing. Besides working out, I can meet my friends there," he remarked.
