Oppo's latest flagship foldable smartphone, the Find N5, which has just been launched offers the convenience of sharing files with Apple's operating system; MacOS, iOS, or iPadOS.
"Everything can be done very easily and smoothly," said Oppo Indonesia Chief Marketing Officer Patrick Owen in Jakarta, Wednesday (30/4).
So far, sharing files between devices with Android and Apple operating systems has often been a challenge for users due to differences in the ecosystem and data transfer protocols used by each system.
Android generally relies on technologies such as Bluetooth, NFC, or Google Drive, while Apple is more closed with its ecosystem and uses AirDrop or iCloud.
The lack of direct compatibility between the two systems makes the file sharing process less practical, however, the Oppo Find N5 offers a new experience that can increase user efficiency and convenience.
With the O+ Connect application for Mac, the Find N5 supports super-fast file transfer and remote control with Mac devices. Simply install the O+ Connect application on your Mac, users can easily share photos, videos, and files quickly between devices.
O+ Connect even supports remote access, allowing users to retrieve files from a Mac computer to Find N5 at any time, even controlling the Mac even when away from the laptop.
The “Touch to Share” feature allows sharing and receiving files from iOS and iPadOS devices to ColorOS smartphones with just one touch.
The Find N5 is sold for IDR 27,999,000 in Indonesia. Consumers who purchase the Oppo Find N5 during the period of May 1-4, 2025 can enjoy exclusive offers worth a total of IDR 22 million, in the form of Oppo Premium Service, Oppo Watch X2, Special Benefits from Operators, 0 percent installments with installments of up to 24 months, and various shopping vouchers from Oppo partners that can be exchanged on the MyOPPO application.
