PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) encourages the fast-moving fashion phenomenon to take part in building a more sustainable lifestyle. Through a decluttering action packaged in the RE3 program: Reused, Re-love, Re-style, as many as 70 thousand of its employees are actively involved. It's not just about numbers, the social and environmental impact of this program is the main highlight.
Every piece of clothing collected in the RE3 Action goes through a strict selection process, because they not only want to foster a minimalist lifestyle for employees but also the spirit of giving with favorite items that are no longer used. This program also involves PNM Mekaar customers who run a laundry business. After the clothes are selected and sorted, they make the clothes even cleaner. They also want to ensure and guarantee the quality of the wardrobe's cleanliness before being distributed, this activity also becomes an economic opportunity for laundry business customers who have been the focus of empowerment. After going through the laundry process, the clothes are distributed back to those in need. "This clothing is not just cloth, but a symbol that everyone has the right to feel confident by paying attention to sustainability," said PNM President Director Arief Mulyadi in his statement, Thursday (5/22/2025).
