Travel Companies Reveal Travel Trends During 2025 College Graduation Holidays

General Manager of Communications & CRM Golden Rama Ricky Hilton revealed that there are several prominent tourism trends during the school holidays in the middle of this year. 

"Based on booking data and customer interest at Golden Rama, there are several prominent tourism trends during the mid-year holidays, the first is East and Southeast Asian destinations," said Ricky in a statement received in Jakarta, Monday. 

Countries such as Japan, South Korea, and China are popular choices, because these countries offer a combination of natural beauty, international playgrounds, and unique culinary experiences. 

Tour packages such as Favorite 7D Japan with two theme parks and super sale 5D Korea Nami Island + Everland Theme Parks are consumer choices. 

He added that cruise tours are also in demand, and there is even an increase in interest in cruise tours, especially on Asian routes such as Singapore-Malaysia-Thailand. 

Another trend is new destinations and exclusive limited experiences. "Our consumers also show interest in new destinations that offer their own uniqueness, such as Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan in Central Asia, as well as exclusive experiences such as the porta sancta in the Vatican where this holy door is limited to remain open for approximately the next six months," he said again. 

Meanwhile, for recommendations for child-friendly destinations in the country, he revealed that based on his sales, Bali is still the main choice, followed by Yogyakarta and Surabaya.
