KDB Tifa Finance (TIFA) Distributes Dividends Amounting To Rp 63.93 Billion; Check The Schedule

The financing company PT KDB Tifa Finance Tbk (TIFA) has declared a cash dividend amounting to Rp 63.93 billion for the fiscal year 2024.

According to the disclosure from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), on Wednesday (June 11), KDB Tifa Finance announced that this decision was approved during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) held on June 5, 2025.

According to the company's financial report, throughout the year 2024, TIFA recorded a net profit of Rp 65.04 billion. This profit represents an 8.6% increase compared to the same period last year, which was Rp 59.89 billion.

"Each share will receive a cash dividend of Rp 18 per share," the company stated in a public disclosure on Wednesday (June 11).

The dividend will be distributed to shareholders listed in the Shareholders Register as of June 19, 2025, with the payment date set for June 11, 2025.
