Recently, Travel and Leisure has published a list of the best islands in the Asia Pacific for 2025, with two of them located in Indonesia. "Travel+Leisure Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and Macau have crowned the winners of the Luxury Awards Asia-Pacific based on reader survey results. The types of categories and whether the winners are placed in the top 10 or top 5 vary by country to account for the size and strength of the industry in different locations," as quoted from the Travel and Leisure Asia website on Wednesday (July 2, 2025). The two Indonesian islands that made it to the list of the top 10 islands in the Asia Pacific according to Travel and Leisure 2025 are Bali at the first position and Sumba at the eighth position.

Bali Island

Bali Island is renowned for its extraordinary beauty, relaxed atmosphere, and deeply rooted Hindu/Animism culture.
