Upon arrival at Cimahpar 5 Elementary School, Bogor City, West Java Province in the Commemoration of National Education Day (Hardiknas) 2025 and the Launch of the President's Fast Best Results Program (PHTC), President Prabowo Subianto was greeted enthusiastically by teachers, students, and local residents who were present.
After greeting the school children who lined up neatly along the road to school, the Head of State then entered the school and visited one of the classrooms to witness a demonstration of the use of interactive boards or smart boards. This learning program is part of the digital technology approach encouraged by the government within the framework of national education transformation.
In the classroom, the President greeted and then interacted with the children. The Head of State also sat on a bench with the children while watching a demonstration carried out by Mr. Dumah, a teacher at Cimahpar 5 Elementary School. After watching the demonstration, the President expressed his gratitude and gave a message to the children.
"Thank you, Teacher, study well, everyone," said the President before leaving the classroom, on Friday (2/5).
In his report, the Minister of Primary and Secondary Education (Mendikdasmen), Abdul Mu'ti, said that the digitalization of learning was carried out by revitalizing schools and the assistance of smart classroom technology.
"Hopefully, with the fulfillment of facilities and infrastructure and with the existence of smart classrooms, children can learn more enjoyably, learn more enthusiastically so that they can become a great generation of Indonesia," said Mendikdasmen.
This digitalization of learning program is supported by the digital learning platform "Ruang Murid" which is part of the continued development of the Super Aplikasi Rumah Pendidikan. This learning technology involves interactive media that presents learning materials in the form of videos or games that allow children to be more interactive in learning.
SD Negeri Cimahpar 5 is one of the beneficiaries of this program, including assistance in the construction of four new classrooms to optimize learning activities. With the availability of adequate learning space, Mendikdasmen hopes that children can learn comfortably, enthusiastically, and full of curiosity.
"This shows the President's commitment to prioritize education, not only to educate the nation, but also to elevate the nation to a high position and dignity, and to eradicate poverty with education as the formula," concluded the Minister of Primary and Secondary Education.
Quality education is the main foundation for the progress of the nation and the key to a bright future for #GoldenGenerationChildren. Through School Revitalization and Learning Digitalization, the government emphasizes that quality education is a basic right of every Indonesian child. A safe classroom is the main requirement for the growth of children's hopes, enthusiasm, and love for learning.
